Festival of One Act Plays: Cosmo Girls
When: September 10 – 13
Welcome to the 2026 Newmarket International Festival of One Act Plays (NIFOAP), a showcase of global storytelling and theatrical innovation. This year’s festival brings together a remarkable collection of works from playwrights across Canada, the United States, and Japan, offering a diverse exploration of the human condition through the intimate lens of the one-act play. Funds raised supports Southlake Regional Cancer Centre.
Aurora Soccer Club – Memorial Golf Tournament

The Run for Newmarket is back this October in Fairy Lake Park, supporting Southlake Health’s most urgent priorities. Featuring a 1km walk, 3km run and 5km, there is something for everyone at this family-friendly event!

Ladies in Philanthropy for Southlake

Ladies in Philanthropy for Southlake (LiPS) is an entertaining, engaging and inclusive circle of women looking for an opportunity to shape their local hospital with like-minded individuals. In addition to enjoying social and educational events throughout the year, LiPS donors gather annually to collectively decide which Southlake project to fund with their combined contributions of $1,000 each.
