Buy a Baby Star
We would like you to celebrate your new baby through the Southlake Baby Stars program. Your baby can have their name and birth date permanently recorded on our beautiful Baby Stars wall in our hospital’s Maternal Child department. 
 
Gift of Securities
Making a gift of publicly-listed appreciated securities directly to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation is a financially savvy way to support healthcare in our community.

To make a gift of securities/stock or share certificates, mutual fund units or any other publicly traded security to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation, please download the Securities Gift Form. Please ensure that your broker faxes a copy of the Securities Gift Form to the Foundation office at 905.836.5651. This will help us in notifying our broker that a transfer is being initiated.
