At the Southlake Foundation, we are grateful for every gift and we thank you for your generous contributions. We are proud to celebrate your support and keep you informed of the ways in which your generosity is transforming the lives of our patients.

Donor Walls
  • Circle of Hope
    Includes cumulative giving/sponsorship and Named Endowment Funds of $10,000 or more, and Bequests.
  • The Stronach Regional Cancer Centre
    Includes cumulative giving/sponsorship of $10,000 or more towards Cancer.
  • Whipper Watson Therapeutic Pool
    Please call for gift range.
  • Southlake Residential Care Village Tree of Life
    Please call for gift range.

Plaques
For a one-time gift/pledge of $10,000 or more with wording that is approved by the Donor.


Named Gift Opportunities
For a one-time gift/pledge of $1,000,000 - $1,999,999 the Foundation will offer the Donor a named gift opportunity with the Donor’s name included with the area or program name on a prominently displayed plaque.


Naming Opportunities
For a one-time gift/pledge of $2 million or more the Foundation will offer the Donor a naming opportunity, whereby the department program or building will be formally changed to incorporate the name of the Donor.
